How Does Sex Life Coaching Work?

Sex Coaching begins with a free consultation - request your consultation now by completing the form below! Our free consultation requires a fully refundable $20 deposit. If you choose not to schedule Sex Coaching sessions with us, this deposit will be returned in full.
We offer sex coaching in series of three sessions, each session lasting thirty minutes. We recommend a minimum of one week in between each session.
In the first session, we will talk more about what you would like to work on, explore the details of where you are now and your goals for our work together. Together we will develop a game plan, including one or more physical practices for you to explore on your own time. We will then email you follow-up information and resources.
In our second session, we will explore what happened as you tried out the physical practices since the last session. You can share with us exactly what happened, ask questions or address the outcome of the practices. We will then develop a new game plan that builds on your success from the first session.
Our third session will explore your second week of physical practices, and again address what happened and how we can continue to build on your success.
Three sessions is often enough to give you the skills and strategies to continue to explore on your own. If you wish, an additional three sessions can be booked to continue your progress or explore another goal.
Each series of three coaching sessions is $500, and must be paid in full in advance. We accept all major credit cards through a secure online payment system.
