Ben Wa (sometimes spelled Ben Wah, or even benwa) balls are a sexual tool used to tone the vaginal muscles and enhance female sexual function. Small balls, often hollow with a weighted ball bearing inside, are inserted and held in the vagina. They can be actively manipulated to stimulate and tone the vaginal walls, or simply worn as a woman goes about her day.

Use of weighted balls, eggs and barbells for vaginal toning dates back hundreds of years and is found across many cultures around the world. Sometimes they are called loveballs, smartballs, vaginal balls or kegel balls.

Traditional Ben Wa balls are loose metal balls, often very small and slippery. These are perectly safe to use but many women find them too small to feel and they can slip out if you stand up.
